The hotel was welcoming and warm when we entered, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. It was an ideal stopping point for the ferry at Santander and the mountains of the Picos de Europe. The village has some excellent restaurants to cater for all pockets

Being close enough to walk to the beach and being close to Santander. It was also in a quiet location and the staff were very polite.
When we opened the window there was an unpleasant smell coming from outside. Although it was advertised as having satellite tv there were very few channels and none in English. The facilities in the room would not have been suitable for a longer term stay.

Good cooking and good breakfast.
There was no air conditioning in the room. That can be a problem in the case of hot weather, but we did not have this problem.

The location is perfect, just 1 km away from Playa de Tagle, and the staff is excellent, offering top-notch service along with delicious food.

The breakfast is reasonably good with very jolly chef and sweet, had everything you could imagine. I want to say thank you for an absolutely amazing experience, would stay there again🙂

the hotel was quirky and unique, and the staff were amiable, thoroughly enjoyed the marvellous location next to the ferry, restaurants and bars which follow the water inland from the beach and the sea. our room with a superb whirlpool bath was perfectly clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. excellent service was provided. we spent delightful time and didn't want to say goodbye.

Hotel good value for the amount we paid. We had a problem finding space to park in the car park despite being charged for parking. The available spaces were tiny, so if you have a big car, beware!
